Autism is a developmental disorder that appears in first 3 years of life that affects the brain's normal function and development and affects social and communication skills.

After identifying the root cause ultimate treatment would be behavioural therapy called Applied Behaviour Analysis or ABA, medications, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech and language therapy. As treatment goal is based on behavioural and occupational, and physical therapies etc., at ayurveda and alternative therapies point of view, necessary treatments can be given.

In ayurveda, there are some internal and external treatments.

As of now, it is better to follow allopath medicines and advice from allopath doctors, later on there may be good chances to improve the condition with ayurveda treatments etc.

However, you can give some simple remedies that can be followed now such as application of VACHA churna with honey and VACHA churna should 3 pinches and 2 drops of honey.
