Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Hello,

Gallstones or cholelithiasis is a condition where bile becomes hardened. There are many factors for this gallstones condition, mainly, gastrointestinal disorders such as hyperacidity, gastroesophageal reflux disorder, and many more. In your case, hyperacidity is prime cause.

If there is any kind of obstruction due to stones, there may be necessary of surgical intervention.

With the help of ayurvedic medicines, and other Indian system of medicines, and alternative therapies such as acupressure and acupuncture, yoga and pranayama are beneficial.

These ayurvedic medicines will control the GI conditions, and indirectly helps to maintain proper biliary function. Consuming lemongrass, wheat grass juice, grape juice, lemon juice, etc, are very useful.

Avoid consuming oily foods, spicy foods, unctuous foods, and follow vegetarian foods and fiber-rich foods. Consume adequate amounts of liquids and lukewarm water, barley water which is helpful.

You can consume these medicines which is helpful, Divya-Punarnavarisht, and Brihathyadi Kashayam are helpful if consumed 30 ml twice daily before food and for prevening gallstones, you can also consume Pashanabedhi and Yashtimadhu with honey.
