3 yr old daughter - allergies, no apetite

hi my daughter is diagonised with milk allergy at 3 months since then she is on soya milk. in between she has episode of nausea/vomiting wherin she will not eat anything for days. got many test done(blood, urine,stool)and even reflux everything is normal. she farts and burps a lot.very choosy in eating.recentely dr thought may be she is sensitive to gluten so kept her on gluten free diet for 3 weeks. but no improvement.plz suggest something for her acute gastrities god knows why. thx in advance
