Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Usually, after surgeries for correcting fractures, there may be necessary of rest which is very important. In case, if you might missed proper rest, there may be chances of pain and that is why you suffered from screw fitting problem. However, you can go for necessary allopath care, and simultaneously, you can depend on ayurvedic medicines which is very important in order to strengthen your bones and in order to reduce your bone pain. If there is damage of any innervation to the particular bone part, there may be chances of pain. You can be on strict rest and consume plenty of vegetables and soups which are strengthening agents for bones. There are certain herbal medicines which relieves pain and Vata and you can take simultaneously along with allopath medicines and you can apply some medicated oils which are also beneficial. Do not over strain yourself like lifting weights etc. Best home remedy is if you are non-vegetarian you can consume goat-leg soup or if you are vegetarian, you can consume green gram soup. Following medicines are helpful, Divya Pidantak Vati, Divya singhnad Guggulu, Divya Lakshadi Guggulu for internal usage is very helpful Divya Peedantak Ointment as pain reliever.
