71 mm fibroid in the middle of uterus

I am 37 year old with 2 children (8 years and 6 years old. I have heavy bleeding and so my heamoglobin level is low which is 8.7 I have 71mm fibroid in my uterus which is in the middle of uterus and so now the gyne suggests me to remove the uterus with the fibroid. I have started doing pranayams in the morning for 1 hour. Please suggest me what else can I do to improve my health and avaoid surgery.

Hello madam, As it is clear in your case that you are having dysfunctional uterine bleeding due to fibroid presence. In order to prevent complications, you can go for surgery as early as possible as stated by gynaecologist.
