Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Ayurvedic medicines are very effective to correct the metabolism. Agni is responsible for digestion and healthy eating habits will help for a better function of the agni. Symptoms like heaviness of the abdomen, constipation, bloating and back pain may be seen with poor agni. You can take Ayurvedic medicine for a month and then review.

Ayurvedic medicines like Abaya aristam - 20ml after food thrice daily and Triphalahills for Healthy Digestion can be taken for a month and review. These medicines will help to improve the agni and thereby the digestion.

Include yam, prunes, buttermilk, fiber, mung dal, flax seeds and complex carbohydrates. Reduce excess caffeine, canned foods, sugar, fatty and oily foods. Yogasanas like Bhujangasana, Vrkasana, Supta Vajrasana, Vajrasana, Padmasana, Trikonasana, Dhanurasana and Pavanamuktasana are beneficial.

Hello, I can suggest you certain medicines for this condition of yours. Take Gandharva Hasthadi Kashaya- Take 20ml of this with warm water daily morning and evening before food. Take 2 tablets of Avipattikar Tablet with the above mentioned Kashaya daily morning and evening before food. Other than this mix 2 spoons of Lavana Bhaskar Choorna with buttermilk and drink daily two times after food. Along with these medicines you should take care of your diet properly. Never skip your meals, drink hot water only, avoid fat rich and oily food. Eat easily digestible food and avoid those causing gastric disturbance to you. Do not take food from hotels and include salads, green and leafy vegetables in your diet. Take these medicines for at least 1 month to get good result.

Hello sir/ mam, Your problem is mainly due to improper digestion and improper bowel movement. If you are not taking food at regular time or not taking proper sleep or not doing any physical work then your problem will remain same after taking medicines also. So you have to take food at proper time. Take sleep for at least 6-7 hours at night time. Avoid day sleep. Do some physical exercise or half an hour walk after your meals. You can take following medicines- 1. Avipattikar churna– one tablespoon two times a day after food with warm water. 2. sir meri problem hai. mujhe na probably food digest nhi hota.mujhe har din 2-3 baar washroom jana padta hai. yeh meri problem last kuch saalo se hai. koi dawai lete hoon thoda fark padta hai uske baad dawai band krne par phir wahi haalat ho jaati hai.is wajah se meri sehat bhi nhi banti plz kuch perfect ilaaj bataye ...
