swami ji pranam, main 42 years ka hoo aur mujhe subah motion nahi mahsoos hota hai to kareeb jagane ke 2 ghante baad kuchh mahsoos hota hai lekin main pichhale ek saal se daily anima jaisi kriya karta hoo pet khoob saaf kar leta hoo kahi roz roz anima se koi nuksaan to nahi hoga lekin mujhe pure 24 ghante poora aaram rahta hai na to gas na hi koi dikkat hoti hai

Hello,

According to your complaint, you have irregular bowel habits which may be due to chronic constipation, irregular food habits, or sometimes hyperacidity also.

Regular usage of laxative or enema may harm the soft muscles of anal area.

So, you have to analyze the cause. As you have chronic constipation, you have to get relieved from constipation.

You can consume fibre-rich food, green leafy vegetables, papaya, banana, milk, are helpful.

There are herbal medicines like Triphala churnam is useful.

Also, one should do regular exercises.

Regular Yogasanas and pranayama are helpful like Pranayamas like Anuloma-viloma pranayama, Bhastrika Pranayama, Kapalabhati Pranayama, Agnisar Kriya, Uddiyana-Bandha are helpful.

Vajrasana or padmasana, Bhujangasana, Shalabhasana, suryanamaskara are done. Note: These procedures should be practiced under supervision for beginners.

Constipation Medicine Package Divya Ajamodadi Choorna are helpful. Udarasudha (Santhigiri company) medicine is helpful.
