Hello, If you are not following local hygiene, and if you are not following regular food habits, then there may be chances of acne, that may appear over upper back region. If you are consuming excess oily foods, spicy foods, and by not following cleanliness, there is a chances of acne and acne marks. Acne marks usually appear if you manipulate with nails when pimples occur. Hence, it is advised that not to manipulate acne. Follow balanced diet and avoid spicy, oily foods, and consume vegetables, green leafy vegetables, and juices. You can consume Aloevera juice and Amla juice that are helpful for nourishment. Triphala Churna can be consumed with lukewarm water. You can wash your face with Himalaya neem face wash,. Internal medicines such as consuming Divya Mahamanjishtarishtam and Kadhirarishtam for the purpose of blood purification and these combinations can be consumed twice daily in the dosage of 30 ml. Acne-n-pimple-cream for application. Certain face packs do help you such as application of Chandana, turmeric will help. For further queries feel free to ask.
