Pranam Baba, I have ADPKD 30yrs old young boy.My blood pressure is normaly 190/95. My ultrasound report is given below. Impression: HYPERTENSION, DYSLIPEDIMIA *No evidence of renal artery stenosis. *Bilateral grade 1 renal parenchymal change. *Bilateral multiple cysts with left kidney showing complex cysts with septae.
