Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Autism is a neurodevelopment disorder that affects the function of the brain. There is a defective processing in the brain that leads to anxiety, lack of socialism and inability to understand the emotion of others. The response will be better when identified at an early age. So as with your son's age, please do regular counselling and treatments that will help to cope up with the symptoms.

Ayurvedic medicines like Sarasvata aristam, Divya Medha Vati and Brahmi Ghrit can be taken for 3months and then reviewed. Ayurvedic treatments like Shirodhara, Pizhichal, Oil massages and nasyam will be beneficial.

Include green tea, cardamom, olive oil, figs, complex carbohydrates, dark chocolate, garlic, spinach, pomegranate, avocados, cinnamon, ghee and pomegranate. Reduce excess cold refrigerated foods, caffeine, canned foods, fried foods, sweet, salt and refined flour. Yogasanas like Marjaryasana, Sarvangasana, Sirsasana, Halasana, siddhasana, Padmasana, meditation and pranayamam will be beneficial.
