Childbirth or delivery is just like a new birth foe mother too. Lots of changes takes place in female body during pregnancy and delivery and even after delivery. A minor carelessness during and after delivery can cause many complications for both child and mother. Excessive pressure and pull can damage pelvic muscles, result in tear of vagina and anus with disc problems. Generally continuous forward pull due to pregnancy results in slip disc or low back ache due to muscle strain. We recommend you to take DIVYA MAHAYOGRAJA GUGGULU and DIVYA VATARI CHURANA should be taken together regularly with Divya pidantak kwath after meals regularly. These medicines are natural anti inflammatory agents and have marvelous results in restoring the natural anatomy of bony joints. Avoid forward bending and lifting of weight for best results. Take complete rest. Hot fomentation and massage with anti-inflammatory oils or gels will give you instant relief from your pain. These are safe natural medicines and can be taken regularly till complete benefit.
