You are probably suffering from allergic rhinitis, as you are suffering from this problem since longer time and you mentioned that you are suffering from breathing difficulties, that itself suggests that you may be suffering from upper respiratory tract infections or irritations which has to be diagnosed well and if you are suffering from sinusitis, or allergic rhinitis with bronchitis, you may switch on to some natural remedies and particularly ayurvedic medicines with some home remedies. There are some home remedies like consuming diluted milk by adding a pinch of turmeric and palm jaggery which may be helpful. Avoid consuming cold food items, spicy foods, sour food items, and well balanced diet which is necessary. Practicing yoga and pranayama which is very helpful.
