Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Amla Aloe vera Juice can be taken to improve the glow of the skin. Aloe vera and amla juice can be mixed and taken in the quantity of 5-10ml mixed with half a glass of water. It helps to improve the digestion and acts as a blood purifier.

You can take it one hour before eating to increase the absorption of the medicine and the effect. The color of the skin has a genetic influence and it is based on the melanin. The color becomes darker on exposure to excess sunlight, poor nutrition or due to any other illness.

Kumkumadi thailam can be applied to the face which will help to brighten the face.

Include tomatoes, kiwi fruit, nuts, avocados, ghee, oranges and pomegranates. Reduce excess refined flour, canned foods, sweets, salt and oil. Drinking enough water and sleeping well favors for a healthy skin.
