Hello and greetings from myyog.com. Just take your medicines regularly and practice pranayams for almost an hour daily morning in fresh air. Kapalbhati, bhramri, anulom vilom and kumbhak pranyams should be practiced regularly. Take light home made diet. Do surya namaskara always in rising sun light. These simple measures will complete all deficiency in your body to keep your blood test normal and maintain your health. Increase water intake u to four to five liter a day for best results.
