Hello,

Here several conditions are mentioned such as cardiac fistulam gall bladder stone, high blood pressure and constipation. All these conditions are not related to easch other and thus treatment and medicines involved too will be different. Here i shall suggest you medicines which shall be taken as an initial line of treatment.

  1. Aerolin capsule (manufactured by aravind pharmacy) - It shall be taken ata dosage of 1 tab three times a day. It shall be preferably taken an hour before food.

  2. Divya Mukta vati - This shall be taken at a dosage of 2 tab twice daily after food. Dosage varies and is dependent on the health status of patient.

  3. Ashtachoorna - This ayurvedic powder shall be taken ata dosage of 1 tsp twice daily after food. It shall be taken preferably with milk or honey

Amalaki Churnam can be used to reduce weight. It is rich in Vitamin C and has fiber. It improves digestion and helps in bowel movements thus absorbing and eliminating excess fat. It can be taken 1tsp with warm water after food twice daily. It has to be decided by calculating your BMI to understand the ideal weight. But Triphala Churna which has haritaki, amalaki and vibhitaki is more effective. The haritaki in it helps to reduce excess fat by its scrapping action on the fat. Along with healthy eating, exercise or Yogasanas it will give you better weight control as it is a life time commitment. Dr.Ramani.
