Ankolosy Spondalysis 
I am suffering from ankolosy spondalysis since last 4 months. I getting little pain in my back bone and also get some burning sense in my backbone and leg joints. What is medicine I should take. Will yogo help me. age-40 gender-male

Hello sir, Ankylosing spondylitis is chronic inflammation the sacroiliac joints involving spine. This may lead to pain and stiffness in and around the spine and associated parts. When the inflammation occurs resulting a complete cementing of vertebrae may lead to ankylosis, which is restricts the movements of the spine. As this is an arthritic condition and also lead to damage of vital organs if the spinal nerve gets infected. Though there is a surgery indicated for this condition, with the help of ayurveda therapies and yoga and pranayama, this can be treated in order to get rid of the pain, and inflammation. There are certain types of medicines and treatment which are very helpful. As this condition is difficult task, the combination of physiotherapy, and other techniques like ayurveda Panchakarma therapy may help to prevent the progress and intensity of the disease and its associated inflammation. Ayurvedic medicines for Ankylosing spondylitis is Singhnad Guggulu, Rumalaya Forte, Rheumartho gold are useful medicines. Panchakarma treatments like enema or basti may help for this condition.
