Asanas:Ovarian endometric cyst and fibroids in uterus 
I am 32 year old unmarried girl and have severe pain during menses. On diagonisis by doc, endometric ovarian cyst and fibroids in uterus was found. Took medication for some months, temporary relief but had some sideeffects. Then my periods became irregular. I started pranayam and suryanamaskar. After which periods are becoming regular. But still pain is so much that I have to take 6-7 painkillers in 1-2 days. Please suggest specific asanas and medication to reduce pain during mensus and removal of ovarian cyst and fibroids in uterus permanently

Hello madam, As your medical history suggests that you have fibroids and ovarian cyst and undergoing treatment for the same and your present complaint is pain in lower abdomen during menstrual periods. Menstrual cramps in you are due to fibroid uterus and ovarian cysts, hence if you follow the line of treatment accordingly there will be better results. With the help of ayurvedic medicines, there will be considerable amount of relief in pain and chances of reduction in fibroids and healing of cyst is possible. In order to maintain flexibility and to gain proper strength for pelvic floor muscles, you can practice yoga and pranayama such as Bharadvajasana, Janu Sirsasana, Salamba Sethu Bandha, Sarvangasana, Supta Virasana, Supta Baddha Konasana are useful along with pranayama like Kapalabhatti, Ujjayini Pranayama, Anuloma-Viloma pranayama which are useful. There are certain herbal medicines that help you to maintain uterine health such as Shatavari, Kumari, Shud Guggulu, Neem, Ashok, Manjistha, etc. Package Medicine For Fibroids and Kumaryasavam are useful medicines. Thanks for your reply. Just would like to update you that I am not taking any medicines as of date. Infact its been more than a year I have stopped taking due to side effects on my body. Thats why I would like to know about the yoga asanas and ayurvedic medicines that can cure ovarian cyst and fibroids in uterus. As a result, my menstrual pain will reduce. a) As you have mentioned that these asanas and pranayam would only help me in flexbility so I would just like to confirm whether it will not help me to cure this problem??? b) As you have mentioned medicines, is there any specific medicine which has combination of Shatavari, Kumari, Shud Guggulu, Neem, Ashok, Manjistha etc. Can you tell me specifically any medicine that can be bought from Baba ram dev centre for curing ovarian cyst and fibroids?
