Hello, As you mentioned that you have thyroid complaint and asthma complaint, though there is difference, but there is interrelation between these two complaints. Asthma is explained as a chronic disease that affects airways which become sore and swollen and becomes sensitive for certain foods or pollution or external mater by which your airways react and they get narrower and lungs get less air resulting in wheezing, coughing, breathing difficulty, chest tightness etc. This may aggravate during morning or at night while laying down. Asthma complaint can be solved easily with the help of Indian medicines. Avoid smoking or alcohol consumption. Diet should be followed. Avoid food items which affects thyroid and asthma complaints, such as butter, bananas, guavas, curds, and fried or oily foods. Regarding your thyroid complaint, you need to allopath medicines. If you are having any side effects. Yoga and meditation like Anuloma-Viloma Pranayama is good along with Sarvangasanam, Matsyasana, and Shavasanam are useful. These yoga and meditation can be done under supervision for beginners. Medications: Asthma Combination Medication can be taken. Agasthyarasaynam, and Vasavaleha are useful medicines.
