Auditory nerve damage

There is auditory nerve damage on my left ear , this was caused by the sudden exposure to noise in club, happened one year ago. I consulted an E.N.T doctor after a month, he said its is incurable, there about 60% hearing loss on my left ear. I was also experiencing ear ringing during that time,now ear ringing reduced (so not much trouble with it). Is there any ayurvedic medicine which will help to regain my hearing to some extent at least?This is affecting me a lot during communications with colleagues in the office
