Auto Immune Liver Diease LKM + Giloy+ Medha Vati

AUM and Namaskar Dr,
Location London, UK
Today I had 13 year old boy starting Yog Class. He is suffering from Auto Immune Liver Diease LKM and felling depressed.
He is on Steriods & Immuno suppressants drugs.
Please advise if he can take:
1) Giloy Sat 2) Medha Vati, and/or 3) Ashwagandha Chunra
His mother is a qualified pharmacists deaking in alopathic medicines.
If you can kindly assist, what he can take and should not take.
I have emphasised on doing kapalbhati, anulom vilom, bhamri, udgeet & pranav.
