Ayurvedic medicine for Hypertension

As you are suffering from hypertension, and irregular heartbeats, you can continue ayurvedic medicines, and herbal remedies, siddha, homeopathy, and other Indian system of medicines that help you to control hypertension. You can practice yoga and pranayama, naturopathy are useful.

Ayurvedic medicines are helpful to reduce symptoms such as headache, fatigue, restlessness, difficulty in breathing, insomnia, etc.,

Reduce salt intake and minimum requirement such as 3.1gm per day per adult person is recommended.

You can consume Amla Juice, Triphala Churna are useful.

Home remedies such as consuming 2 teaspoon of onion juice and 1 teaspoon of honey once a day for a month.

Fruits like apple, papaya, pomegranate and other fruits are useful.

Yoga and Pranayama like Shavasana, Vajrasana , Sukhasana, Sarvangasanam, Anuloma-viloma pranayama Anulomvilom pranayama, Bhramari pranayama, Nadi shodhan pranayama, Ujjayai pranayama etc are useful. If you are beginner and if you have any physical illnesses, you can practice these poses under supervision.

Medications: Arujuna and Divya Mukta Vati, Divya Arunjarishta can be consumed daily once after food.
