Hello, In your case, acne vulgaris is due to oily skin as there may be closure of pores of sweat glands and sebaceous glands. If there is no proper local hygiene, there may be chances of excessive acne. You need to follow balanced diet and avoid spicy and oily foods that may aggravate acne. Consume plenty of liquids and vegetables, green leafy vegetables etc. You can consume Aloevera juice and Amla juice that are helpful for nourishment. Regular intake of Triphala Churna which is very helpful. One has to avoid chemical based creams or applications over the skin. To maintain hygiene you can wash your face with Himalaya neem face wash,. Consume Divya Mahamanjishtarishtam and Kadhirarishtam in the form of combination 30 ml daily after breakfast and after dinner. Acne-n-pimple-cream for application.
