Azoospermia 

iam interested to know how to cure a person who is having no spermatogenesis , but is very active family life, guruji kindly suggest ayurvedic medicne for azoospermia of this type.

Azoospermia is the complete absence of sperm in the semen and as such means that a man will be completely infertile. The diagnosis of azoospermia is sometimes still made even though as many as 500,000 sperm per ml of semen may have been seen because it is extrremely unlikely that the man will be able to father a child naturally.

There are certain alternative therapies which may help to overcome this situation.

1. Maintaining healthy lifestyle is very important in order to overcome the problem.
2. If there is stress related complaints, you need to overcome those also by practicing Yoga and Meditation to overcome mental exertion and to cope up with stress.
3. Massaging the body with a herbal oil which gives a relief from physical exertion and also acts as aphrodisiac.
4. Consuming herbal preparations to rejuvenate the reproductive organs.
5. Sleep at least for 8 hours a day.
6. Avoiding the consumption of alcohol, tobacco, heroin etc.
7. Exercise regularly.

Diet: * Have food with high fibre content like whole grains over fast food, canned or frozen foods. * Consume a lot of green leafy vegetables. * Boil dry dates with milk and eat them every night before sleeping. * Have food with high fibre content. * Make pears, apples, strawberries, peas, bananas, oats a part of your daily diet.

Along with this you can go for Panchakarma Treatments such as shodhana therapies(virehana karma) under supervision.
