Azoospermia Since 2001. 

My Dear Doctor!

I am suffering from azoospermia i.e. nil sperm count, married for last 9 years, 34 years of age, wife's age = 33 years. Soon after a year of marriage, we both have gone through series of fertility tests and found that my semen test is not normal and diagnosed as Azoospermia. I then started using Alopathy medicine for long time but in vain. Then tried UNANI medicine as well but no improvment occured. I had no history of any injury or damage on my genitals during childhood. However, as diagnosed by Doctors, my both testicles are sof and smaller in size. Afterwards, in year 2004,i have undergone through testicular biopsy which reported "maturation arrest" and the urologist told me that it is impossible to be cured. Presently, i smoke ciggerates due to anxiety and stress since 2006, I would be really obliged if you could help me to come out of this situation which is making my family life miserable as we are very desperate for my baby. I request you to please help me to come out of this trauma and suggest me some treatment if it can be cured or otherwise.
