Hello, As you stated that you were told that you have 0% sperm count otherwise called as Azoospermia and is understood as no spermatozoa in the ejaculate. It is of two types, obstructive and non-obstructive factors. Obstructive causes can be infections, varicocele, trauma, any surgeries like vasectomy, and even related to hereditary. As you are stating that you have short testis in childhood may be not be a cause for this complaint. Non-obstructive causes are systemic and side affects of drugs, hormone imbalances, smoking, radiation exposure, or even genetically un-descended testes, or working in hot environments etc are the causes. Though there is a presence of spermatogenesis, there may be absence of sperms in ejaculate also lead to Azoospermia. With the help of Indian medicines, such as ayurveda, homeopathy, or other system of medicines along with yoga and meditation, you can improve the quality of the sperms and motility of sperms. However, you need to follow proper balanced diet is important. If there is any causes systemically, then it has to be treated.
