Azospermia 

Hello sir,

Azoospermia is condition where there is no measurable level of sperm in semen, where it leads to infertility and of two types like obstructive and non obstructive.

After identifying the proper cause, one has to rectify accordingly. If there is any obstruction, that can be rectified by surgical intervention if possible and in other condition where there is a problem in synthesis, with the help of alternative therapies, this can be rectified.

Alternative therapies like ayurveda, siddha and yoga and meditation are very helpful.

One has to follow regular balanced diet and avoid spicy, sour food items in excess. One has to avoid working in hot environment, sufficient sleep is necessary, if there are any habits like tobacco or alcohol, that has to be stopped.

Consume milk, green leafy vegetables, bananas, apples etc in sufficient quantity.

Yoga and pranayama: Agnisara Kriya, sarvangasana, suryanamaskara, Dhanurasana, Setubandhasana, Anulomaviloma pranayama, bastrika pranayama, Ashwinimudra can be done. These techniques can be practiced under strict supervision.

General body massage and relaxing massage is recommended.

There are some medications you may take: Addyzoa, Speman are useful.
