Hello, In ancient days there was a procedure called “Punsavana Prakriya” for selecting baby boy or baby girl. Though it is impractical to prove, it is found genuine as per ayurvedic texts. “Punsavana Prakriya” is practiced by selecting both individuals and preparing them to give a healthy baby with irrespective of gender. It can be started from the time of intercourse to conception and even after conception to delivery of a baby special techniques are followed. In ayurveda, there a procedure called Panchakarma where detoxification process is done. In the procedure of Punsavana karma, Nasya (nasal medication) is followed.
