Back pain below shoulders and waist 
My daughter 24 years old is having severe health problems. Since 4 years she is taking medicines. MRI taken 2 years before showed slip disc at L4-L5.Taken ayurvedic massage treatment in Kerala for that. Now the shoulders and arms are aching. What to do next? The back x-ray was shown to a famous Doctor and he told it is cervical spondilosis. Pain killer and exercises ,he told. Now she is having acute pain in stomach . sonography done-it was normal . medicines for acute acidity is being taken now on the advice of a near by physician. I want to see my bharat natyam expert daughter to again do all that or, at least live a normal life like anybody. Would you please help me?

Hello, As your 24-year-old daughter is suffering from spine problem and initially L4-L5 is affected and there may be chances of cervical Spondylosis or Spondylitis and that should be ruled out. As you may aware in allopath point of view, there are pain killers and supplements. In similar way, there are many other therapies as alternatives such as ayurveda, herbal medicines, and other system of medicines which are helpful.
