Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Please let me know all the reports to guide you further. Brown spots are often noticed in the calves due to poor circulation or venous stasis. But other tests like ESR, CRP, ANA antibodies and complete blood count will help to rule out the other possibilities of inflammation.

The medicines you have been taking must have reduced the pain with its anti-inflammatory effect. At this point, please consult with your nearest physician who will be able to guide you with clinical examination. Any how you can take measures to improve the circulation by wearing creep bandages after consulting your doctor.

Include pepper, garlic, ginger, legumes, beans, mushrooms, dark green leafy vegetables, avocados, turmeric, berries, cherries, grapes, bottle gourd and capsicum. Reduce excess meat, canned foods, salt, sugar, oil and refined flour. Yogasanas like Navasana, Marjaryasana, supported Sarvangasana, Shalabasana, Halasana and Dhanurasana will be beneficial. Please do have regular checkups with your treating physician.
