Benign bilateral vocal cord nodules 

Hello,

Due to long-term history cold, recurrent throat infections, sinusitis etc, there may be chances of vocal fold nodules that may hamper speech.

Depending up on the severity, treatment depends. As the nodules may appear in different such as cyst form or nodules, or other growths, the treatment varies. Apart from allopath treatments, you can depend on ayurvedic medicines, alternative therapies, yoga and pranayama etc are very helpful.

You can follow certain home remedies such as using honey for gargling, you can use honey 1 teaspoon with little water and gargle it.

Mix 10 drops of Lemon in one 1tsp of ginger juice, and 1tsp of honey to be consumed daily. Turmeric powder ½tsp with warm water gargles added with salt is useful.

Localized fomentation is useful with aromatic oils.

Consuming milk wit turmeric powder is useful.

You can use KADHIRARISHTAM and INDUKANTHA KASHAYAM should be consumed in 30 ml before food and hold for 1 minute before engulfing.

Another remedy: Consuming Tulasi, along with jaggery, black pepper seeds (8), dry ginger, mixed all together and boiled in 2 parts of water and reduced to 1 part and the resultant decoction should be consumed daily once.

Sualin can be used 1 tablet twice a day for recovering from this problem. Septilin is also useful.
