Bladder neck obstruction

I'm 31 years old unmarried male from Delhi. I have a problem in passing urine. Dr says that I have a congenital bladdder neck obstruction. My flow is very weak and I got hydronephrosis due to this.I have noticed that in past years my flow is decreased but it was not like this before. Dr says that if I go for surgery then I can not ejaculate semen out, it will go in bladder. I took alpha blockers but they dont give me full relief and it pains in flanks . I have tried unani, ayurveda and homeopathy but no cure.
Most of alternate medicines drs dont know about this problem . Please put some light on the treatment.
