Blod clot in heart LA

Pujyaniya Baba, my dr. says there is a clot in heart LA bolld clot size about 1mm which cause me a problem. dr. advised me open heart surgury, I dont want do so write now, you please advise me what to do, I am 39 years old male residing in samll vilage.
