Body heat - Aloe vera juice 
Hi Doctor
My body gets heated up very fast and because of that i get indigestion problem,stomach pain during menstruation,dark patches in the face,lack of enrergy,no stamina,suffocation.
I also have a very oily skin,acne scars and i sweat a lot... Im planning to consuem aloe vera juice daily.
Could you please tell me whether to have in empty stomach morning or evening?.
Also suggest me some good ayurvedic medicines for permanent cure of this body heat.

Hello, The problems mentioned by you are related to menstrual cramps and gastric related complaints due to which you are facing these problems like acne, dark patches and skin complaints and even gastric related complaints. This is due to excessive Pitta or internal body heat in your body which is giving trouble to you. The pain during menstruation also a problem. You can consume Aloevera juice along with you can follow some other alternative therapies which are very helpful to get rid from this problem of abdominal pain and other associated symptoms like dark patches. First of all you need to keep your body fit and efficient to fight against disease and in order to balance hormonal levels, you need to follow yoga poses which are very helpful. During painful menstruation, you can do vajrasana, and other yoga poses.
