guruji pranam, Mera nam Ramesh sharma hai. meri wife ki age 46 year hai unki sari bone weak hai jisme ki hip bone jont pain bahut jyada hai bina cossion ke baith nahi sakti hai. please koi ayurvedic upchar batayen a uska koi delhi ncr mein shorce batayen. Get your son to practice pranayama, a very simple breathing exercises as per mentioned below:-
