For your knowledge, breasts are composed of fatty tissue that contains the milk secreting glands which contains 15 to 25 lobes with a lobules called the milk glands and each lobule is composed of grape-like clusters called as alveoli.

The breast development takes place after attaining puberty. As alveoli keep developing and fatty tissues and fibrous material are continually added during adolescence and during and nursing periods. This depends on once nutritional requirement. If there is lack of proper nourishment to the body, gradually there may be slowdown in breast development.

As woman age advances, the fatty tissue of the breasts may become more prominent than the glandular tissue, and the breasts may feel softer and the size varies.

Keeping this in mind, if there is lack of nutrition, you can have balanced diet and proper nourishment is necessary.

You can consume certain medicines and you can apply some oils such as Grace Massage oil which help to maintain proper firmness of breasts. Shababia Cream also can be applied.
