Can bulky uterus with fibroid be cured?

Heavy bleeding during periods for 3 -4 days, bleeding in between periods 2 times over 2 weeks for half a day, fibroids of 6cms size in the posterior side of uterus.
am a kidney transplant patient, surgery 5 months back.
can this be cured with medications or yoga exercises?? Annonymous
