hi I am a 33 year old working woman. For past 6 years I am suffering from Hypothyrodism. I am currently taking 100mcg of thyronorm. I wanted to know if it is possible to totally eliminate dependency on thyroxine supplements with Ayurvedic medicine , yoga & diet. My doctor had told me that it a lifelong problem and i need to take these supplements for life -AS
