Cannot control blood pressure 
My blood pressure was always fine until I entered menopause 6 years ago (I'm now 60). I am taking bioidentical estrogen and progesterone, but their levels are still very low (estradiol 14.5 pg/mL and progesterone 2.0). Cholesterol is 174. My blood pressure runs 160/88, sometimes higher. When I sit and relax, it goes down. I have been taking Ivy's Mukta Vati for about 10 days, but it seems to make my blood pressure go up, it's ingredients are different from yours. Do you have any ideas to help? Thank you.
