Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Hello, cauda equine syndrome is a neurological disorder in which lumbar plexus losses its functionality leading to nerve root damaging which leads to loss of sensitivity and functioning of limbs supplied by these nerves. Ayurvedic medicines can be taken as supportive line of treatment- 1.Divya Yogendar ras-250mg with luke warm water after meals. 2.Brihat vat chintamani ras- 250 mg twice a day with luke warm water after meals. 3.Vyas bala tail apply and massage locally twice to thrice a day. In panchkarma basti with ashwagandha tail and dashmooladi kwath should be done to pacify the vata dosha. Sarvanga abhyanga with dhanwantry tailum strengthen the muscles.
