Pranam Babji, i have daughter her age is 3 and half year, she is always having khasi, & surdi. last 1 1/2 month ago her platelet count will be less around 50000 only , she always having caugh , that why she can't eat properly, she fell like ommit &she ommited all food.actually she having chiken pox at age of 7 month from that period she having that problem. doctors told her immumpower is less. she don't want to eat.now days i give her sitopaladi churna with honey, minicof caugh syrup.please suggest me medicine for long time quration from cough & cold . & increase her huger & immunpower. thank you plase give me reply as soon as possible, i am waiting for your reply.
