Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

It is safe to take Divya Chandraprabha Vati while breast feeding. You can review with your doctor based on the symptoms. It is commonly used in PCOD to improve the ovulation and to reduce the cysts.

It also nourishes the reproductive organs and thus it improves the harmonal balance. Please let me know all your reports to guide you further. You can also take other medicines like Varanadi kwath or kanchanar guggulu to reduce the cysts. It alone may not be efficient to reduce the cysts and hence must be treated based on the reports and symptoms. Please do have regular checkups with your treating physician.

Include berries, fenu greek, satavari, oats, drumstick, bottle gourd and avocados. Reduce excess carbonated beverages, caffeine, refined flour, canned foods, cold refirgerated foods, sugar and oil. Drinking enough water, good exercise and sufficient sleep will be beneficial to improve the general well-being.

Expert's Advice (Dr.Ramani):- Ultrasound is the first line of investigation compared with MRI or CT. So when echogenic masses are identified in ultrasound, further investigations like MRI, CT or biopsy are advised to know the nature of the mass. Please let me know about those investigations to guide you further. It is advised to remove so as to reduce if there are chances that it could become risky. Your gynecologist would be able..
