Chronic piles 
good morning sir, i am 40 yrs old male, suffering from piles since 20 yrs.earlier it was painless and bleeds very less (in drops) once in 3-4 months.now since one month it is troubling much as it pains constantly and bleeds oftenly. not taking any medicine as after 4-5 days, bleeding stops. i'm unable to concentrate my work.pl advise.

Hello, As you are suffering from chronic piles which is of bleeding type and for which there would be multiple reasons where you may be suffering from long term. As you are having this complaint since 20 years, this may be internal piles and external piles and if you have the work which is stressful and long seating or working in hot temperatures may lead to chronic piles and if you are having chronic constipation, there may be chances of piles. Even recurrent fissures may also lead to bleeding per rectum. Hence, after understanding the facts, you must follow vegetable or vegetarian diet which is necessary and avoid consuming spicy foods, sour food items, oily foods in excess or non-vegetarian diet. Following medicines are helpful for your condition such as Kutajavleh, Divya Arshkalp Vati, and Arhonyl Forte for internal usage, and for application, you can use Jathyadi Gritham. Consuming healthy diet is very useful. Practicing yoga and pranayama is very helpful and yoga poses like Vajrasana is helpful for the condition.
