Chyawanprash bottle leakage???

Dear Sir
Today i went to fetch the bottle of chyawanprash from customs. There they noticed that the bottle is punctured (about 3mm cut) at 3 cm from base of bottle and that the inside cap seal was half open.
The packaging contains traces of brown chyawanprash. This indicates leakage.
Is that safe to give it to my 4 year old daughter? Should i throw it? What must i do?
