Chyawanprash with safron...???

Hi Sir,
I give to my 3 to 4 year-old daughter chyawanprash 1-2g twice daily with milk and cereal for her allergic/fever/and low immunity problems. I can see that one with safron also is available...is it better? Can i give the safron chyawanprash to my daughter? or should i stick to the without safron product?
