Hello, Due to low immunity power, and due to improper natal care or postnatal care there may be recurrent cold and cough, and bronchial asthma. In order to improve immunity power, you can take assistance of alternative therapies and other Indian system of medicines which include ayurveda, siddha, etc. There are certain home care medicines to prevent the symptoms and to boost immunity power. Using honey, lemon, ginger in different modes are useful. For example Milk should be consumed by adding 2 pinch of turmeric powder and palm jaggery ½ tsp. Medicines: In order to gain immunity power, for preventing recurrence of cold and cough the medicines are useful if given in small dosage such as cough and cold medicine package and give Himalaya Septilin in syrup form are useful.
