Course for Mukta Vati 
Used to take Mukta Vati one per day and two per week. Now I am taking one for every alternate days. Do you think this irregularity will have side impact or will it increase my blood pressure. The reason I am asking for it initially I had 110/66 and now it is showing 125/75. Do you suggest any kind of regular course? When do I have to stop it.
The reason I am taking every alternative days is my heart rate going down below 60 and nasal congestions is going up.
I would like to know your best advice.
BTW!! I used to have 145/90

nasal congestion is biggest side effect of muktavati also it didnt of much help in my bp.amla ras also has same side effect of nasal congestion learnt from my own & friends experiance posted by sandeep_74u@rediffmail.com on 14 August 2011 12:12
