Crohn disease and fistula 
I am a 37 year old man who had Crohn disease for 18 years without any problems I'm a little overweight and I have only 23 cm rectum and colon. I've also have removed 50 cm of small intestine In May I was diagnosed with pain full fistula I would like to hear with products you recommend that I can eat to get rid of the fistula.
