sir,
i am allergic to aspergillus fungal and having development of nasal polyp...please help me to get rid of all the weird which has worsen my happy life and also suggest me preventive measure ofor nasal polyp

Hello, As you have two complains such as allergies towards fungus and nasal polyp which is related to same sensory organ. Usually this happens due to less immune power. Nasal polyps are sac-like growths sometimes shows the signs of inflammation on the mucosal lining of the nose and even the sinus complaint do occur as an associated complaint. As you are already have some allergic complaints which may aggravate this problem. With the help of alternative therapies such as ayurveda, siddha, homeopathy, and other system of medicines along with yoga and pranayama will help you to get rid from this problem. One should avoid allergic foods like green spices, oily foods, roasted food items etc. You should have balanced diet, and your immunity power should get enhanced. Ayurvedic medicines and panchakarma treatments are very helpful for this condition. In panchakarma, Nasya karma treatment is useful, here nasal drops is installed in the nostrils which is helpful for polyps. Anuloma-viloma prnayama is very helpful.
