CYST IN KIDNEY this question feed

NEBESA, 16 April 2018 14:35

I HAVE DEVELOPED A CYST IN MY RIGHT KIDNEY. IT IS QUITE BIG IS SIZE. MOREOVER FEW YEARS, ON TAKING A CT SCAN I DISCOVERED THAT I AM BORN ONLY WITH ONE KIDNEY. THE DOCTORS TOOK VARIOUS SCAN.....INITIALLY IT WAS DECIDED THAT SURGERY HAS TO BE DONE. I WENT TO ANOTHER SURGEON AND FINALLY IT WAS DECIDED THAT SINCE I HAVE ONLY ONE KIDNEY IT COULD BE RISKY EVEN TO GO FOR A SURGERY.

RIGHT NOW I AM MAINTAINING A GOOD DIET. CAN YOU SUGGEST ANY REMEDY THAT WILL REDUCE THE SIZE OF MY CYST. BEST WOULD BE THAT THE CYST RAPTURES ON ITS OWN......

PLEASE SUGGEST A DIET AND ANY AYURVEDIC MEDICINE THAT WILL HELP MY CYST TO SHRINK.

Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Kidney agenesis is a condition in which a person is born with one kidney. It functions well and in some they will be more prone to get high blood pressure or may start to get kidney problems later in life. So it will be better to follow healthy lifestyle changes and to have regular checkups.

Most of them live a healthier life without major issues. Please do have regular checkups which will help to identify the problem and treating it earlier will be better.

Medicines like Varunadi Kwath - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily and Divya Kanchanar Guggulu can be taken for a month and then reviewed.

Include berries, barley, coriander, gokshuram, horse gram, plantain stem and cucumber. Reduce excess meat, calcium supplements, oil, sugar and salt. Yogasanas like marjaryasana, trikonasana, dhanurasana, bhujangasana, pavanamuktasana, matsyasana will be beneficial. Please consult your doctor if you notice any symptoms that suggest a kidney problem.
