Dermoid cyst 
Hello, I am 31 years old women. Married since 2 and half years and planning for a baby. I have a Dermoid cyst inside my left ovary. The size of a dermoid is 3.2x2.5 cm. I am taking ayurvedic medicines recommended by Baba Ramdev’s ayurvedic phycians for treating the cyst. Also doing the kapabhati pranayam. Will this help me in dissolving the dermoid cyst? How long it can take for complete cure?

Hello, As you have dermoids in left ovary, proper care should be taken to avoid complications. Dermoid cysts of the ovary are also called as ovarian teratomas. Surgical removal of dermoid cyst is only option in allopath to avoid further infections etc. Depending up on the size, there may be risk of rupture with the spillage of contents causing adhesions and pain, hence necessary steps to be taken accordingly. As you mentioned that you are consuming ayurvedic medicines and that can be continued for symptomatic relief, but it may not guarantee you for complete cure of dermoids in ovaries. Even your regular pranayama and yoga will help you to maintain healthy lifestyle and avoids stress. Hence, we suggest go according to allopath advice and if surgery is recommended, you can proceed for it. If you have pain in pelvic area, you can do mild yoga poses and kapalabhathi. Yoga poses such as Matsyasana, Paschimottanasana, Surya namaskar, Ushtrasana and all backward bending asana are recommended and if you are beginner for yoga poses, you can practice under guidance.
